We all know what summer TV can be like for us humans – a vast wasteland of repeats and sub- quality programming. The same can be said for CWTV (Cat Window TV). Sure watching birds, lizards, and bugs outside the window on a hot day can cause a tail to twitch, but after awhile, where’s the drama and intrigue? This was supposed to be a photo of an edible arrangement gift my daughter-in-law sent me last year for my birthday – I wanted to send it to her to let her know I got the gift. Cats in the picture? What cats?

This picture was taken in 2010 when Harley was still with us. Mia was supposed to be the focus of the picture, but Harley decided a “let it all hang out, inappropriate pose” was far more entertaining!

This classic picture was from a fun meme I did as a parody of the “I’ve fallen but I can’t get up” commercial… Seems to be classic, because it also perfectly showcases what a goof Zee is as he photobombs the other kitties looking out the window!

For years this has been Mia’s sentiment when company dares to come visit…

Years ago when Dan and I would have house guests, the cats would react with typical feline horror and disdain. You know what I mean – once the thud of the suitcases hit the floor, several of the cats would take instant residence under the nearest bed. A few others would high-tail it up to the tallest spot in the house to glare at said house guests from a safe distance, and some would bravely walk among the strange new humans, with a cautious “you can look at me, just don’t touch” attitude.
