Muahahaha – do you ever think your cats have turned into Dr. Evil when they become possessive of a toy or treats? Much as my gang love one another and get along quite famously, when it comes to certain toys there is just no room for sharing. Rain, rain go away… Us kitties are missing the sunshine, so please come again some other day…

A lot of the country is experiencing record heat waves, but for us in South Florida, it is the everyday occurrence of rain. And not just rain, but the rain of perpetually dark days that begin early in the morning, cloaking the rush hour drive to work in a veil of gloom and doom that continues on into the rush hour drive home at night and starts all over again the next day. The plants and lakes appreciate the downfall, but after awhile it can wear on your nerves. Even us easy going kitties can feel the effects, after all, we do our best napping in a warm and wonderful sun puddle. But, being the troopers we are, we will persevere and dream of brighter days to come… Read more
