Oh Chey…. can we talk? When does our human NOT freak out? She is a neurotic basket case the majority of the time. Why can’t humans just calm down… Yeah, I’m under the porch. Get over it. Your yelling my name, getting treats, and frantically looking under the porch every 5 seconds is not going to get me out any quicker. Don’t they see, the more they over-react, the more we don’t cooperate? They should just act bored and disinterested like we do.
If I had come across that tail, I would have freaked. It looks like a snake! But then, perhaps Rolz was being very clever there 🙂 It’s amazing where they can squeeze in to!!
Caro – if Rolz was being clever, I can assure you it was by accident! Much as we love the dear boy, he gets his looks from his Mama and his smarts from his Papa!!
Hi meowmeowmans!! Believe it or not, I can flatten my body like a squirrel does and fit under anything!! That was our tiki deck I was under. Gotta admit it was pretty dark and scary…. Meows from Rolz
Layla – Rolz is rather big in comparison to his Mama and his siblings, but he literally melts into a liquid pool of cat when you pet him! His entire body just spreads across the floor and he is an absolute riot to pet! The thing is, he gets very flustered when you pet him – he does not handle attention very well, yet he enjoys the experience… very, very odd!!
Hi Chloe! We have a tiki deck in our fenced in backyard – that is what is what he was crawling under. Because we completely ignored him, other than taking the pictures, he came out on his own a few minutes later. It’s when we frantically yell at him to come out that he ignores us and will not come out until he is good and ready. You know how cats are…
Almost hidden there, buddy! You are quite lithe.
Uh Oh Link…. he thought he was completely hidden! Let’s keep this our little secret!
So I’m wondering what’s under there and does you person freak out that you’ll never come back out like mine would?

Wow – that is quite the disappearing act!

Wow, Rolz! How’d you fit under there? And what is it that you crawled under?

Rolz: I love that series of photos of you. Amazing how you gracefully squeeze into that tight spot. Perhaps you can give me lessons!
It’s very easy Ann… all you have to do is see a lizard – the rest happens naturally! 🙂
.. that is a poster shot… there and then slowly not there.. we can’t believe you even fit under there! Darcy and Bingley xx
Thanks Darcy and Bingley – what a cute idea for a poster!! 🙂 We appreciate you stopping by the blog to say hello!
I love how cats can slink under the narrowest spaces. Rolz would be a good limbo dancer!

I love it when they forget their tails!
MOL!! That is so funny Bernadette!!
Great set of photos! I have to know, where Rolz went and how long he stayed!??
