I usually start day dreaming looking at my girls sleeping and wish I were them! Tension does melt away and I’m reminded of the simple things about life and how to enjoy them.

So true with dogs too! Pets are wonderful stress-relievers. Even when they do something naughty it is still better than the tension felt at the workplace.
