You ever have one of those lazy kind of days where you just feel like hanging around and doing nothing? What? What do you mean it’s like that everyday for a cat? Hey, we resent that implication! Wait… you’re right, it is like that! Ahhh… the life of a cat!

They call the Maine Coon the “gentle giant” of cat breeds and anyone that is familiar with this beautiful and sweet cat knows that statement to be true. Our “little” Zee is the epitome of the Maine Coon breed and perhaps the kindest cat I have ever known. He is sensitive, sweet, caring, intelligent, and has a vocabulary a mile long. Most endearingly however, he is a clumsy, delightful goofball!

I just love this picture of our beautiful Ragdoll cat, Mr. Jazz, as he so casually takes a catnap on a life size plush leopard that we have in our dining room, as if it is the most natural and normal thing in the world! Actually though, for our household, that is the most normal thing in the world!
