The Zee and Zoey Kitties Have a Special Visitor This Summer!
Rolz here… Did I mention Jackie was here… And that I am very happy?!!!
Oh happy dance of joy!! Jackie is here!! Jackie is here!! That’s right… human Dad’s youngest daughter is visiting us kitties FOR A WHOLE MONTH this summer and she is here now!!!!! She flew all the way down to Florida from Boston and we love, love, love when she comes to visit! We haven’t seen her since last year when she came to visit us for Christmas and we have missed her tons, even though we don’t like admitting it because it kind of blows our aloof and independent cover, but, the truth is, when Jackie is here everything is fun to the super, premium max!!
Yup… the loving, belly rubs, and playtime increases to awesome levels – Jackie is a pro at playing DaBird with us and her lap is super comfortable for napping on! Plus, when she comes to visit, she helps supervise us when we go on our backyard outdoor adventures and she also helps Mom cook all kinds of great meals that we love to help sample!
I would comment, says Peanut, but I am too busy being loved by Jackie!! Ah… pure bliss!
Rolz here again… kind of a sad picture.. this was Harley and I hanging out with Jackie and Mom last year when they were making Christmas cookies. Sure do hope they will do some more baking this summer!! Yum!

Here’s the pool… oh… looks like Kizmet has already started relaxing! Make room for Jackie you big goof!
Whew… Backyard tour is over… Too hot out here… I’ll just relax in the shade in the tiki hut while you all swim in the pool…
Some of the visit is bittersweet though… Harley is no longer with us and she and Jackie were really good friends. We know Jackie will be sad that Harley is not here, so we will try extra hard to make sure she has a good time with us. But not all is sad… Jackie will finally get to meet Jazmine and we are sure that she will fall in love with her like all of you have!!
Not to mention, human Mom and Dad have a new granddog in the picture (courtesy of Mom’s oldest son, Chris) that Jackie hasn’t met yet. He is the new brother to Rick, that dog that keeps coming to our house even though we don’t invite him and his name is Rocco.
Even Mom and Dad haven’t met him yet and rumor has it he will probably come by our house one of these days… We wish we could say we were excited about that bit of news, but were not! Oh well… it’s not the end of the world… Rick is actually kind of fun to have around the house so maybe Rocco won’t be so bad… We’ll keep you posted on how that all goes!
Rick sure makes himself right at home when he comes to visit us… He loves Jackie like we do and can’t wait to see her!
Yup… sure enough, it’s true… this is Rocco… how about you humans go and meet him off premises instead of bringing him by the house…
Anyhow, we just wanted to let you know the good news that we have company and we are hoping if we meow extra loud, that we will convince Jackie to do a guest blog post about us like she did last year!! Time to start thinking of cute things to do that will inspire her!! Have a great Wednesday all!
Hmmm… Jackie has never met me, says Jazmine. Wonder if she’ll mind that I like hanging out on the desk that is in her bedroom?

OMC – You are so lucky to have your human sisfur stay for a whole month. What fun you will have, and look at all the extra loving you’ll get too. If you get tired of having her, you can send her up to us – we’d love having her.
