Safely Eliminate Litter Box and Other Pet Odors with NOse Offense For PETS

The air can often smell offensive after a cat uses the litter box, so neutralizing it with NOse Offense spray helps to eliminate odors.

I love my feline gang to pieces, but let’s just say on occasion they can leave the air smelling less than desirable!

Believe it or not, I truly believe my cats think providing me with a nonstop supply of litter gifts to scoop is quite probably the kindest thing they could do for me. Wait – let me clarify – I truly believe my cats think providing me with a nonstop supply of litter gifts to scoop in the litter box, the litter box that is the closest to the vicinity of where I spend most of my time – my office – is the greatest gift they can give me. That’s why when the folks at NOse Offense For PETS reached out to me to review their fragrance-free air & fabric odor neutralizer and eliminator spray product, I pounced at the chance!

I have several litter boxes around the house and nearly as quickly as they go, I scoop. But no matter how obsessively compulsive I am, with seven ready and willing cats to keep me busy, there are times when air quality can be less than desirable – especially as I said, when they prefer to use one litter box far more than the others.

In a multi-cat home it is a good idea to have several litter boxes so that cats will not exhibit bad litter habits

In a multi-cat home there is nearly always a cat in a litter box!

I know they consider it a compliment – they want to be as close to me as possible, but I do have to be able to work without “unpleasant distractions.” I don’t like to use cloying perfumes to cover up the odors and I absolutely don’t want any chemicals sprayed about that could harm my babies.

NOse Offense For PETS is the purrfect solution! Why? Because it’s a non-toxic, fragrance-free, pet-safe, eco-friendly formula that comes in a convenient ready-to-use spray bottle. I use it primarily as a spot cleaner on the litter boxes to keep them fresh and odor-free because when my cats go, sometimes the litter can stick to the sides and bottom of the litter box. I dab a bit of water on a paper towel and spray it with the Nose Offense – a few wipes on the offensive area and all is good!

NOse Offense For PETS is a safe, non-toxic spray developed to eliminate pet odors

NOse Offense For PETS is a non-toxic, fragrance-free, pet-safe, eco-friendly product that comes in a variety of sizes to accommodate the needs of your household.

If odors are particularly strong, I will spray the air a few times to neutralize the odor. Does it work? Probably the biggest endorsement is when we have company. Most people don’t believe we have seven cats, so I think that speaks volumes.

We also had a backdoor visitor – a raccoon who used our pool to wash his food. The cats were less than thrilled and we had a couple incidents by the door where someone marked the area with urine. I sprayed with the NOse Offense and it worked like a charm – no more markings!

So that’s my personal take on NOse Offense For PETS. But why should you use the product when there are so many others out in the market, and how does it remove odors without a fragrance? Here’s the actual science behind it all:

NOse Offense For PETS comes in a convenient spray bottle to eliminate pet odors.NOse Offense For PETS is a patent pending product that uses the scientific principle of odor conjugation to eliminate odors completely. Translation: the molecules in the spray immediately combine with the bad odors to create a smell free environment without masking the smells with fragrances or perfumes. Products made with fragrances or perfumes might use a group of harmful chemicals known as phthalates to produce those artificial fresh smells that are left behind.

NOse Offense For PETS uses none of these chemicals, which, according to www.inutritionals.com, can cause significant toxic effects such as disruption of hormone activity and thyroid function. There are also other potential consequences related to brain development, immune system function, birth defects, asthma, cancer, metabolism, and even reproduction.

But with no smell coming out of the spray bottle, how do you know the NOse Offense is working? According to the team at NOse Offense For PETS, you can be assured it is! The active ingredients in NOse Offense For PETS are zinc salt, emulsifiers, preservatives and proprietary odor counteractants, and the product is manufactured to be 100% free of enzymes, alcohols, phenol & phenol derivatives, phosphates, phthalates and fragrances.

NOse Offense For PETS is a conscious company from start to finish – not only is NOse Offense For PETS a green, organic and non-toxic pet product, the product/packaging is biodegradable. The spray bottle is made from recycled plastic, the carton packaging is constructed from 100% recycled material, and the entire carton is recyclable.

It’s a winner all the way around! And while my focus is clearly cat-related, NOse Offense For PETS is perfect to eliminate odors for any pet you might have such as dogs, ferrets, hamsters, rabbits and more. It comes in a variety of sizes and packaging options and if you would like to try it out for your household, the team at NOse Offense For PETS has kindly agreed to offer Zee & Zoey Cat Chronicles readers a special 20% off discount offer! Most cats instinctively know to use a litter box, but when they don’t, it can cause extreme frustration for pet parents and is one of the most common reasons why cats are brought to shelters. Nobody wants that to happen – if  your cat is exhibiting ANY unusual litter box habits (both inside and outside of the litter box), please consult your trusted veterinarian to find out if your cat has any medical issues that need immediate attention.

For additional information on why your cat might be exhibiting poor litter habits and what you can do to help prevent them, please read this article on litter etiquette 101 for details.

I take offense to this post. Cats do NOT smell when they go potty. I know this for a fact. If I DID smell, this would be a great product providing it doesn’t contain limonene. Thanks for the honest review.

  10. Sounds like a great product. I may just have to give it a try!

  11. We just ordered one of the combo packs, can’t wait to give it a try! We live in a studio apartment and because we are on the 9th floor, Z-Girl doesn’t open the windows! We rely on fans and keeping our boxes in tip top clean condition! Thanks for the helpful information and the endorsement!

  12. Chirpy Cats says:

Sounds interesting and something that our HuMom might try out. Out of 12 litter boxes we also like queueing at just one or two. It’s cat logic MOL
