Wordless Wednesday – Shades of Red
A few days ago I introduced you all to “Big Red,” our blanket extraordinaire that graces our bed during the cold spells we have on occasion in South Florida. I shared a picture of all seven cats napping on the blanket and figured that would be that. Well, the kitties had other plans and even though the weather has warmed up again, we have not had the heart to remove Big Red… I will let the pictures tell the rest of the story…
I love the heart-shaped cats! In my house, it’s black on green!
Bernadette – the kitties really do love one another so much! We have a lot of “heart-shaped” moments!! Black on green is a stunning combination!!
All ready for Valentines day with heart shaped cats!!
Wow Tim – between you and Bernadette, I feel so foolish!! I love hearts too and did not even notice the shape of the two cats until you pointed it out!! They are sister siblings and love each other so much!

Well Chey…. when it is summertime, it can be a bit hot!!! Big Red is very warm and heavy!!!
So sweet! We just love these pictures. You should leave Big Red out all the time (because it looks like its a big hit with the kits)!
Meowmeowmans – sigh…. when it comes to my kitties, there is nothing I wouldn’t do for them! I guess I just need to suffer the unbearing heat for the sake of them!!

Awwwwwww…. I wish my kitties would cuddle like that! Even my brother and sister pair don’t seem to like each other very much, IDK why. Mickey and Rocky will lie next to each other but not cuddling. You have to leave Big Red out longer, because they obviously love it!!!
Julia – my crew is unusually close. Sure, there are issues, but for the most part, they are reserved for the non-related adults and stem exclusively to territorial issues, i.e., the guys don’t like to share the human bed at night and Zoey and Harely don’t like to share my outstretched legs when I am on the couch. The siblings are a package deal and adore one another!
The first one is priceless and perfect for Valentine’s Day!
