Sharing Sunbeams and Warm Wishes for Wordless Wednesday…
Big Red remains on our bed as the nights continue to be chilly here in South Florida… Zee in the back with Kizmet, Mia, and Rolz up front.
Even though it’s been unseasonably chilly here in South Florida, we are not complaining at all because we know it has been brutal for many of you across the country with temperatures so low that schools have been forced to close. The worst of it for us is putting on an extra blanket on the bed and bundling up in a sweater… so yeah, not really so bad, all things considered. We wish we could snap our fingers and magically make it warmer for you, but that’s just not possible. But what we can do is share some pictures of us kitties enjoying a sunbeam… we hope they will make your day just a bit brighter and give you something to warm your hearts! Zoey is magnificent! Sitting in her royal ray pose. May the warmth come back to your neck of the woods soon. I know ma has been worried about your beautiful plants in your garden. BOL! We have a lot of the same plants except ours are in our house at the moment.
Now in the fall when dad has to pick up the big trees and plants to drag them in the house for the winter , ma shows him the photo of your backyard and says “if you move us to this area you wouldn’t have to do this every year! ” Dad always replies “send these damn plants to your friend! “
As much as I always LOVE your photos…I think these have to be some of my favorites. Love the added touch of the quotes!! Certainly “brightened” my day! Thanks so much for the sunshine!

Those sunbeams look really nice! It is crazy how inclusive this frigid winter weather has been. I’m in the Detroit area, so the cold is not earth shattering news to us, but it isn’t enjoyable. My family is in South Florida as well and I have been really surprised to see how low the temps have gotten for you guys.
