Since it is Wednesday and we are half way through the week, I thought what a better master Zen teacher than our beautiful boy Zee who invites you\u00a0to take a break with him. He asks that you take a deep breath, sit with him in the garden for a moment or two, reflect upon yourselves and look for some peace, calm, and harmony in your life before you go on with the rest of the week. It\u2019s actually a good habit that we should embrace for a few moments everyday of the week, but since us humans can be a bit obstinate, we\u2019ll start with today and take it one day at a time\u2026<\/p>\n
