Each moment is to be filled with a profound peace and clarity and is to have infinite depth and significance. This is achieved through deep mediation and no creature has mastered the practice of Zen more so than a cat.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Since it is Wednesday and we are half way through the week, I thought what a better master Zen teacher than our beautiful boy Zee who invites you\u00a0to take a break with him. He asks that you take a deep breath, sit with him in the garden for a moment or two, reflect upon yourselves and look for some peace, calm, and harmony in your life before you go on with the rest of the week.
