I had a serious problem years ago and was addicted to purchasing \u201cmust have\u201d items such as sparkly fake diamonds and sandwich cooking grills from sites like QVC and HSN. Blah, blah, whatever. Some boring physological nonsense about needing to fill a void in my life. Anyhow, I\u2019m much better now, thank you very much,\u00a0and very rarely order anything anymore. An occasional piece of leopard clothing, but I think anyone would forgive that.<\/p>\n

So, when I came from work today and saw all these boxes in my office, even with my lack of sleep and over-stressed brain, I have enough clarity to know I did not order anything\u2026<\/p>\n

I asked Dan if he had gone on a shopping spree and he looked at me like I was from Mars. Unless it is photography equipment, he doesn’t do any shopping and he would not put unopened boxes of his stuff\u00a0in my office. Well, all that\u2019s left in the house is the cats\u2026<\/p>\n

Upon interrogation, they claim total innocence (some lame excuse about having already maxed out their credit card) yet all the boxes were addressed to THEM. I don\u2019t want to call them liars, but something sure does seem fishy\u2026 Not to mention, those sunglasses look vaguely familiar…<\/p>\n

Well, no matter. None of the boxes are opened, so I\u2019ll just return everything to whoever sent them. No harm done, right? I have all the free time in the world to stand in line at the post office to take care of this.<\/p>\n
