<\/a><\/p>\nOut of nowhere, it suddenly appeared on the big couch- a large pouch-like device that’s long and green on the outside, orange\/yellow and well worn on the inside.\u00a0 The inside is also comprised of very soft warm cloth, while the green part is smooth like satin.\u00a0 If unraveled entirely this cloth piece could cover the whole couch, but usually it’s bundled up (or rolled up) and stashed at one edge, near the arm.\u00a0 Possibly it’s strangest feature is the metal zipper that extends from the top edge of the green side all the way to the opposing bottom edge.\u00a0 This zipper appears to me to be useless, since I can always crawl in or out through the unzipped part, so I presume that it’s there for decoration.\u00a0 In that aspect it’s kind of nice.<\/p>\n
I saw my opening, and I went for it.\u00a0 Aaahhhhhhh… inside was where the useful comfort was, not on the outside.\u00a0 Tremendous discovery by me.\u00a0 Soft and warm, with the option to knead my claws deep into the cloth if I so desire.\u00a0<\/p>\n A cat must have invented this sleeping bag.\u00a0 It’s perfect for cat-napping.<\/p>\n<\/a>Humans call this green cloth device a sleeping bag.\u00a0 (That’s what I call it now, too!)\u00a0At first glance, it might not look very comfortable.\u00a0 This bag is well worn, and OLD.\u00a0 I examined it very carefully before I decided to try to make use of it’s presence.\u00a0 It was very soft, and had the scent of my human roommate Sean on it (he smells very nice, btw).\u00a0 I circled the bag, examined it, and eventually decided to try standing on it.\u00a0 As I sank my claws into the satin-like cloth, I somehow pulled the bag down off the couch and onto my head.\u00a0 Sean had to use his arms and hands to pick up the sleeping bag and re-position it for me on the couch.\u00a0 In doing so he inadvertently revealed the bag’s secret of comfort.<\/a><\/p>\n
